Farsite Products are proud to announce that we have the solution to the problem of protecting mobile homes, park homes or static caravans.

The solution is simple – fit the EasyFit alarm system with a couple of extras.

Most sites are closed for a period during the winter months when no electricity is available, but we have a simple solution.  The EasyFit alarm will operate from its own integral battery, so no need to worry about power supplies.  The battery will normally hold its charge for four to six months, unless of course the alarm siren sounds.  Simply add a small solar panel – about the size of an envelope – and place it discreetly inside a window, and the battery will be kept topped up without ever having to think about charging.  Even in the UK during winter there is enough light for the solar panel to maintain the battery in top working condition.

Secondly, there are normally two entry doors, so by fitting two magnetic sensors wired in series, both doors are protected from intruders.

Internally the specially designed, low power PIR will protect against intruders entering through windows.  Our PIR has been designed to overcome the inherent problems of mobile homes and the ingress of insects.  It will ignore insects, operating the siren only in case of a true intruder attack.

For those who prefer a ‘belt and braces’ approach, we can provide a mains operated battery charger and even extra magnetic sensors for all the windows, if you have rooms that cannot be seen from a centrally located PIR.

Our unique settings allow you to select ‘night’ and move about throughout your home, safe in the knowledge that anyone trying to open a door will set off the alarm.
